Women making manti

In Kayseri, one of the provinces of the Central Anatolia region, women come together to make manti, a traditional dish. They roll out the dough, put the minced meat-onion mixture into the dough, fold it and boil it. Manti cooked with tomato paste and watery sauce is eaten with garlic yoghurt sauce.
